As your professionally trained birth doula:
  •  I will help meet your emotional needs while your doctor or midwife and nurses meet your medical needs.   
  • I will help you prepare for & endure the marathon of birth.
  • I will help you rise above your contractions so you won't feel consumed by them.
  • I will help you release tension in your body so as to not inhibit your progress.
  • I will help you with breathing and position changes to help you be as comfortable as possible.
  • We will discuss your plans and preferences for birth as well as significant coping skills.
 
Birth is a time to feel cared for – a time to feel safe and in charge of your experience.
What do my doula services cost?
If you're intending to breastfeed, you could benefit from reading The Womanly Art of Breastfeeding.  
As a birth doula, I do not perform any medical tasks such as taking blood pressure or temperature, fetal heart tone checks, neither cervical checks nor postpartum clinical care.

Birth Doula Package: $1,300 - $2,000

Package includes 2 prenatal visits
Email, text, and phone support
On call 24/7 the month you are due
Continuous birth support
2 postpartum visits

Additional Postpartum Support: $25-$35 hourly

Flat rate for 8 hours of overnight postpartum support: $300

Geographic Boundaries

I'm able to accompany clients in the vicinity of Everett, Monroe, Snohomish, Marysville, Mt Vernon and Arlington. I will consider other locations.
